My Current Experience With Bookmaker

First I want to say that I have been a client of Bookmaker for 7-8 years. I have requested more withdrawals than I can count and have NEVER had an issue with a payout....until now that is. Here's what's going on with my account as of today, Tuesday, May 24th:

I requested a $3000 payout by FedEx last Friday, May 20th (This is before I knew any of this B.S. was going down). The money was withdrawn from my account immediately that day and I thought it was business as usual.... and I expected a check sometime this week. After hearing yesterday about the F'n Feds crack down on the domain names, etc - I contacted Bookmaker's payout department to make sure the check was on the way. They said it was sent and that they had a FedEx Tracking number and they promptly gave it to me. I quickly checked FedEx online and by phone and discovered that there is no package with my tracking number. FedEx checked the shipping address and confirmed that there is nothing currently being sent to my address. I contacted Bookmaker immediately to let them know what was going on. They seemed puzzled that FedEx didn't have my package in route. They told me they were going to have to contact the processor to see what happened. They said that they will call me sometime later this week and let me know what the processor said. I'm still confident that Bookmaker wants to pay me and retain me as a client. However, I'm awfully concerned about the possibility that against their will,  I may not ever see the money. What could have happened with the processor? Were they seized and the assets frozen? I can only speculate at this point. What I do know is Bookmaker didn't have any answers for me and simply could not tell me where the $3000 is. This worries me very much. I will keep you updated on my situation. I hope that in the very near future I can share some good news with you. I'd like to hear from anybody else that is dealing with a bookmaker payout, good or bad experiences.

Bookmaker is a top tier book and despite what's happened you should see your money. PM me if you want someone who can contact and find out for you.

nepatriots, I appreciate the offer. I currently have a payout specialist with bookmaker working on my case. I want to give her a chance before I take any further action.

Like I said, I believe in Bookmaker's integrity. I believe they do want to pay me. It just really concerns me that they had no clue what happened with the processor and were unaware that my $3000 check wasn't really on the way.

I sure would be worried as hell...

Thanks for trying to give me some peace of mind. I sure hope a FedEx truck just arrives, that would make my day. I like you, have full faith in Bookmaker's integrity. I'm just worried that the US Feds are gonna prevent me from being paid. I'm sure Bookmaker will do everything they can. I definitely want to give them a chance to sort this out. That's why I'm leaving this story as To Be Continued.

I will update this post as soon as I hear anything about my withdrawal.

UPDATE:

Well, it looks like Bookmaker is going to come through. I was contacted by their payout department and told the check is on the way. I just confirmed with FedEx and there is indeed a check in route.

Not only did Bookmaker resolve my issue, but they did it promptly. It only took a few hours!

This Book has always been an A+ book and I'm sorry I even doubted them. I hope this makes anybody booking with them feel a little better.

I am very impressed with the way Bookmaker handled my case and the whole domain seize in general. I am not sure what's to come with offshore betting in the future. But for now -  I am very grateful that I chose to do business with a reputable company like them

I wouldn't be worried with a Bookmaker. They are probably one of the top 5 biggest sportsbooks on the net. Full Tilt Poker is doing payouts without issues apparently, so government seizing isn't going to prevent them from getting the money out.

I don't have any money in bookmaker, but I'm just wondering how you contacted them with the seized domain name? Did you go through their alternate site, or did you just call in?

BOOKMAKER is one of the most legit sites in the business IMO.

Every single time I have requested a payout I have received the money Western Union within 48 hours.

I suggest EVERYONE only uses WU or MONEYGRAM to make deposites/withdrawls from here on out. It is the safest and easiest way to do business. I do not think there will be any problems with ppl getting paid from Bookmaker.

I guess well have to wait and see, I will be requesting a WU withdrawl for $1,500 tonight or tomorrow....I will also keep everyone updated.

Slamspurs, I logged into my account using the new domain and was able to do a live chat with them. I also phoned in later. The service was great in both cases.

Until WU/MG freeze your sending/receiving privileges that is....

Cracks me up how you panzies are so quick to cry out about you little problems. Mentioning the books names is only making it worse. Think before you post the name of any book, some of us have thousands sitting in these places.. assho+e

Be careful with WU. They found I was trying to deposit into a gambling site and blacklisted me. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to WU again.

There is a lot of anxiety and uncertainty circulating over what exactly is happening with our money. Look at the poor BetEd clients. If it can happen to them, it can happen to anyone. I feel that (for now) you can count on being paid from Bookmaker. However, how long offshore betting with them (or any book) will last (in the U.S, land of the FREE ) is anybody's guess.

Bookmakers processor was the fake one the government set up, thats why they are shut down....

Sorry about your cash, i don't think you'll be seeing it.

Ordered payout one week after Fed fiasco , received check in about 10 days total , check cleared in one day. Bookmaker solid as ever for now.
