I want to ban my IP address and all my personal info from every online sports book and casino . My only internet access is from my phone ...Is there a way to do this ? Considering there are hundreds if not thousands of books with many popping up daily is this possible ?
I don't want to hear critics tell me to have self control as that doesn't resonate well with addiction and the people it may claim .
Not trying making excuses I just want barriers in place to assist me in taking control of my gambling and put it to rest
