Online sportsbooks vs. my local

Hey guys, im looking for opinions on this: Ive been betting baseball totals with my local and have been getting crushed of late..Its partly because with him a push is a loss and extra innings dont count towards the total so that basically kills any value on the overs not to mention im getting stale numbers cuz he only answers the phone within a one hour window every day...with all that juice any chance of beating this guy seems damn near impossible...I live in Pa so my only other option is to bet with an online sportsbook....my question is whats the best sportsbook that i know ill get paid if i win..ive heard bovada is good but they take forever..like 6 weeks!! and give ya all kind of runaround..thats the good thing about the local.. if i win i definitely get paid but winning in the long term with him is unlikley..so anyone know of a good sportsbook that im for sure to get paid in a reasonable amount of time and wont make me jump through hoops to get my money??  anyones input is greatly appreciated

u def gotta go online if you get a loss for a push and extra innings don't count lol.

i go through bovada.lv    I have cashed 5 checks this baseball season from them.  the longest any check took was 2 weeks.    I have bet through them for years and the only foul up was a $3,000 check that bounced. I was livid, but they gave me back all bank fee's I incurred etc and issued me a valid check...  

I cashed the check with no problem and then like a 27 days later i go into my checking account and i see a $3,020 withdrawal.  (check bounce and $20 fee)   

That was just a freak incidient though I believe as that was the only issue I had with them.  I went off on them though and now checks are sent in 2 weeks or less.

I read no further than the first line. Why would you bet with someone where a push is a loss

This bookmaker can't possibly have very many loyal customers considering the way he is raping them.  I can't see how he stays in business.

LOL  i knew id get my balls busted on here for bettin like that..its a bad bet no doubt..but in my area ya don't have very many options..hes the only guy around that takes baseball so its either bet with him or dont bet at all..and since thats not an option lol i still try and beat him even tho i know im getting juiced!!

and extra innings don't count on TOTAL play! thats not only absurd, but a rarity in MLB bookmaking service's...answers the 'phone' once a day? i wasn't even aware that the 'phone' was even used anymore. your local is operating with outdated, and unheard of tactics. although in most instances a 'good' local is preferred, in your case get a 'real' baseball bookmaker, aka: PinnacleSports,

I normally don't post (just read) but I just wanted to add my opinion.  If you find a good local, you can't beat it.  Once you build a trust with one, it's the best way to go.  The big thing is that payouts are instant.  Lines are usually Vegas odds.  I guess I'm lucky where I have a solid local that there is trust (both ways) and probably one of the most honest person  I know.  Just my 2 cents
