I will keep everyone in the loop about what happens with the account. Opened yesterday with no bonus and approx 2k deposit. I sent in my validation documents this morning and contacted them a few hours later and they said they didn't receive so I just re-emailed them.
So far customer service is good. I also will be requesting a wire transfer withdrawl today as the account is now up a good bit.
Hope covers rating them highly means this is a good book as I saw they are very poorly rated at sbr. I've researched on this site and it seems people are on extreme opposites about whether this site is good so hopefully I can shed some light.

They confirmed that they received my id and copy of CC(have had issues with this part of the process at other books). Have been told my account is eligible for withdrawls. Submitted withdrawl request via wire transfer at the cost of $40. Have been told it could take up to 6 business days.

I attempted to transfer to their poker client as I'll receive decent rakeback and its a soft site from what I've read. I was initially told it is considered a cash out so it would take up to 2 hours for the transfer. Ridiculous but thought I'd wait but 3.5 hours later nothing so I contact live chat and they say it could take up to 72 hours. I cancelled the transaction. Other books have instant transfer to/from the poker room so this is a bit of a tedious process. I will not be playing in their poker room.

You should have no problem getting your money I have never had any problem with them. Also you should have been offered a bonus of some sorts with your deposit.

I was offered no bonus when I opened my account. I see all kinds of talk about their being no gimmicks etc with their bonses but I was never offered anything.

You should have no problem getting your money I have never had any problem with them. Also you should have been offered a bonus of some sorts with your deposit.
I just inquired about the bonus. Since I actually decided to transfer money to the poker room i've been told I'm not eligible b/c they count that as a payout. I was told it would've been 100% with 30X rollover. No thanks anyway.

WOW - They debited my SBG account today and the money was in my bank TODAY!!! $40 charge for the wire transfer withdrawl payment which was about 1% of my withdrawl. My next withdrawl will be via ACH as it's free once a month and I will report how long it takes.

5. I received my initial rakeback in the poker room(35%) which is not the best deal out there but the look and feel of their site is better than many other sportsbook/poker room combos.
6. Customer service via livechat is VERY quick and friendly. Language barrier is apparent but otherwise they're very helpful.
7. Transfers to the poker room are instant as they're treated as withdrawls(I mentioned this before but this is a comprehensive list).
SO far I'd rate it an A- but will play more with the site continue to report.

For whatever reason you can't get a bonus when you use a CC. Not quite sure why. I don't accept any type of bonuses as I don't like to be locked up from making withdrawls when dealing with the rollover requirements. BOL with sbg.
