I would recommend looking in to Bitcoin......cash back 2k to your card to get square, and the other 1k to BTC, then to the bank account.
In the past I have had banks deny the CC charge back transaction....they told me they were not in the business of "processing deposits". That was the last time I used CC's as a means of transfer.

Pay2Card works, but you might not want to ask the bank for the deficiency in balance. Instead, keep it as a credit on your account, and then make purchases using those funds.

I doubt you can put this on the credit card, but, as someone mentioned, bitcoin is a good way to go. Just put it into your 'wallet', then you can transfer it to an exchange and pull it out through other withdrawl methods. Worked for me anyway :-)
