I have had my BET DSI account defrauded. When the sports shut down I had approximately $1700 in my account. I logged in maybe 4 or 5 times over the Covid break to look at E-sports and to see if there were any US President election odds. I never payed attention to my balance so I have no idea when it was cleared. Tonight I logged in ready to place a bet on Nunes and saw that I had .60 cents in it. I contacted live chat and they advised me that all of my balance was lost in live casino. I explained to them that I have never played casino in my life. I don’t even know how to play casino games. I strictly bet sports. So Step 1 for me is to call back in 3 days while their fraud team investigated. I asked live chat if this is something that happens occasionally and his response was “never”. Hopefully this works out. Has anyone dealt with anything like this with Bet DSI? I will keep the forum posted.

Update after a 3 day investigation. Matt told me someone logged in from my IP address with my password. They won’t be refunding my money. He told me I was responsible for my password. He said I played in the casino and lost.
I only bet sports, have no interest in nor any knowledge about casino games. I have only accessed the account via my phone and no one knows my password but me. Basically, times got hard because of Corona and Bet DSI stole $1700. That’s all I can assume. Good luck for anyone using them. I literally opened the account with them 2 weeks prior to sports shutting down.

Ha! Same thing happened to me this week. They put a $20 free play in my account and I made two parlays and got it to $488. I then realized max payout was $200 so I finished rollover and requested payout for $200. They asked for ID, and bill. I sent them both, they then asked for selfie w ID in hand, and I sent it. Got email stating info was received and account was updated. A couple hours later my $305.00 is gone. Remember I can only cash out $200, so $105 was just pointless. Money is gone. I get on chat and they tell me I lost in live casino. I had only played two live casino hands all day and both were wins. I contact casino and pitboss confirms only two hands played and both wins. They tell me 24-48 to review, I get on chat Wednesday and they hadn’t even contacted casino, so another 24-48 and here we are. Today. Still nothing. This Ned guy told me that since it was free money likely nothing will be done in my favor. Request a $200 payout and funds disappear. Doesn’t get any lower then that. And since it was “free” money and not my own nothing will likely be done. I mean I turned the free money into my money. No wonder they are graded a D book. I provided them screenshots of convo for pit boss and told that does no good. Stay away!
