Alright, so here is the situation. All individuals involved will be nameless.
Bookie - The bookie
Agent - The agent
Client - The player
Agent works for Bookie as an agent, he is receiving 60% off on net losses and has to deal with makeup. Since Agent is receiving such a large percentage he is on his own and if his clients stiff him he is responsible for providing the cash to Bookie while he awaits payment.
Client is a client that is under Agent.
The site is currently set in such a way that there are casino limits to avoid the bookie taking too large of a hit in one day.
Client was not happy with these limits and wanted to circumvent them. As a result he asked Agent to create him another account. Agent was unaware that this was against the rules and contacted Bookie. Bookie made the account without knowledge it was going to be given to the same person. This process repeats multiple times over the weeks until Client has a total of 5 accounts.
The site explicitly states that multiple accounts is against the rules.
Client has spent the past few weeks opening multiple accounts and losing on them. As they were losing it was not a concern and no suspicions were raised. This week Client won a large sum of money across five accounts. Bookie decided to investigate as he is paying out a large sum of money and realizes that all of the IP Addresses are the same for 5 accounts.
Who is at fault and what should be done?
The Bookie for not asking more questions?
The Agent for not being aware of the rulebook of the site he works for?
The Client for trying to avoid the limits by opening multiple accounts?
