I keep asking customer service about their free payout. They have a rule *like most book i bet* that you get FREE PAYOUT EVERY 30 DAYS. Apparently you can't request the free payout until their free payout on Tuesday to Thursday. Between those days you are able to request a free payout that you are eligible for every 30 days since you're last request payout.
At first I thought free pay out on Tuesday-Thursday means that if you request a payout within those days you get it free regardless of the situation.
That is what they have told me so if anyone have experience with free payout with heritage please explain to me if I am correct with their rules of free payout.
Tuesday-Thursday free payout day is basically for using your every 30 days free payout option and it doesn't mean free payout on those days regardless of the situation??
