yea sounds like a smoke screen to make it look like the state actually has your best interest in mind. remember the book pays taxes on your loses and everyone elses losses collectively, you cash out for 200 and theres no taxes you pay but is less that the casino reports and pays taxes on. virginia will have rape odds just like all the new books until they allow wagering over the state line which helps create competition amongst the books and they start lowering their odds to compete for your business. ex. fanduel in pa charges 30 pct on nfl teasers, ties lose.
