Ask them about getting another debit card for withdrawals. I only bet during football season but I got in the mail another debit card and they claim it is back as a option. Here is the two emails I got from them I hope it is back I got my $ in 36 hours or less all of last Sept and October before it went away.

I have about 10 pending withdrawal requests. money wire requests from may are still pending so I've requested my payouts via $2500 checks and theyve sent me checks the last 3 weeks as well as two money grams.
