5dimes is totally legit. This guy just losg his ass playing poker and now wants to lie so he can get his money back and theyre not buying it. I wouldnt even be surprised if he doctored the chat log here as well. You rarely get the full truth when people post stories like this. Sorry op but I doubt tony at 5dimes just all of a sudden decided he needed to steal your $400. Get real

Agree.... some people just aren't built for gambling. They lose more then they can afford and throw tantrums like children and blame everyone but themselves. If you want to play poker go to a casino. Online poker is a joke and anyone that risks any money playing it deserves to lose. 5dimes couldn't care less about your $450. They make millions every year from idiots that have no ability to handicap games, self control or money management skills. Sorry man, I feel your pain on losing money and I do agree that 5dimes customer service reps are below average at best but take a few deep breaths and regroup before you go on some tirade blasting one of the few good online books that is left out there. Clearly you had a tough night, lost your money and now are trying to get a free refund. It happens to the best of us. Take a few days off and you will feel much better.

I have a significant balance with them (5 digits) and its a bear trying to pull it dwn.  I don't want to knock them b/c I'd like my dough and there's no way I could come close to playing it back.  On the other hands tricks are for kids and if they don't know how to make their biz model work with the millions they get, they should get banged on and called out.  This has been since Oct for me and trickles.

I have to comment on the customer service at 5dimes. I hate talking to the females they are utterly rude and act like they can't understand you, short and quick tempered. The male reps are superb with politeness and customer service quality. Whatever happened to Ron? he was kool. I used try to call during morning shift to avoid the females with the bad attitude but they are on am, and pm shift. As I stated above the dudes are generally kool, last request for payout the guy's attitude kind of went south. One out of a million I can't complain on that. They pissed me off real good last winter in the new year, I went with book that went belly up and believe it or not was taken for 5dimes when they folded..Thusly went back to 5dimes.

wow bookmaker did me like that  my money got transferrd to poker andsomeone o something blew it all  and they wouldnt give it back  went to my bank put in fraud for all deposits and  got back $800 in deposits  lol yea 5 dimes cust service is horrible but there odds and  games selection are the best unfornately

had payouts from 5dimes before, never an issue.  the cust. service rep was rude because you were being deceitful...if somebody was trying to hustle me for $500, I'd be a dick to them too...

Not related to this issue, but my check from 5dimes just got bounced. It never happened to me before (had 5-6 withdrawls with them in the past)

Customer service told me to send them a copy of the bounced check and they will issue a new one.

You are clueless! Their customer service simply sucks!!!
They have had ACH payments that took a month and then ended up in the players accounts not bank accounts. They have been bouncing  checks on and off again for some time. And now their WU payouts have been taking 3 days plus for some. This ship is sinking and a lot of you will drown because you didn't use a life raft when you had a chance.

I have had accounts at around 25 different books and have been with 5dimes for about 10 years. Have had nothing but excellent customer service with them and incredibly quick payouts and I consider them as being the best.

Security problem could be 1) you allowed someone else to know your user name password 2) you logged onto account from someone else's PC and it saved your information 3) your own PC was hacked and malware intercepted your information.

If problem was with 5dimes security it would have happenned to a lot of people and there would be red flags up all over the place.

Doesn't green Capper seem like a Rep for 5dimes.......new to the site new account with great news on 5dimes....yeah uh huh uh huh yeah

I have to disagree with you.  I had an experience where I shared an account with somebody (first and last time ever).  Anyway, after an argument, they went apeshit and dumped the balance out of anger on a 3 team parlay.  As soon as I saw it I talked to someone on chat and told them I had no idea what was going on with my account some maniac was making 2500 bets all day and they just made a parlay with the entire balance. 

They checked the ip and within minutes canceled it and changed the password, of course they voided out all the big wagers, but I got my original money back.

It could have been worse and you could have talked to "PEGGY"  LOL

this is what i do. i bet on 5dimes, but i have an agent. my account is all credit and my agent resets my account every week after we square up.

in 2018. 7 years later they are STILL selling identities to people.
