Here I am, I had a net profit of 4300$ and lost a bit yesterday. Now I am at 3700$ (which is HUGE for me).
I have to wait until my first withdrawal has been paid. THEN, I have to cash out next Tuesday (the earliest). Bookmaker.eu does not offer the self-exclusion option. I don't want to close my account temporarily as it could delay my withdrawal.
What tips can you give me to NOT lose that 3700$ like I did in the past!?
Thanks a bunch!

If you can't control whether or not you bet, you should be able to control the dollar amount. Bet only enough to scratch the itch. Whatever your average bet size, drop it down by a third or even more. It will be your methadone.
