how is wagerweb did anyone ever play with them please help me out

I opened a WagerWeb account on April 1, 2013, to bet baseball.

To open the account I was required to provide an image of my credit card (in addition to the usual credit card information), a scanned copy of my driver’s license and a scanned copy of a recent utility bill.  Most of the utility accounts are in my husband’s name, but fortunately the water bill was under my name.  I provided the information although providing copies of the credit card image and driver’s license made me nervous.  The account was opened and I deposited $200 using the credit card.

Several days after the WagerWeb account was opened the credit card (VISA) company called to ask if I was in Europe and if I had purchased any electronics equipment there.  No and no.  The credit card account was closed due to fraudulent activity. I had some success betting baseball and decided to increase my bank roll.  When I attempted to make a deposit using my only remaining credit card, AMEX, I was informed that I would have to provide an image of the credit card, a scanned copy of my driver’s license and a scanned copy of a recent utility bill.  Of course I refused, citing my recent experience with the previous credit card.  WagerWeb’s representatives were not sympathetic and I requested that the account be closed.  Unlike opening the account, closing the account was accomplished in minutes.

Several days later, having received no word regarding return of my funds I inquired.  I was informed that my funds would not be returned until I provided an image of the new credit card, a scanned copy of my driver’s license and a copy of a utility bill in my name.  So, I am out the $200 deposit plus $63 in winnings.

My dear husband took it upon himself to open an account at Bovada for my use.  He was able to do this in a few minutes providing only the usual credit card, name and address information.

I am suffering from the aftermath of throat cancer and congestive heart failure.  I am unable to speak and my doctors do not expect me to be alive in 2014.  Hopefully I will be able to make it through baseball season and enjoy continued success betting with Bovada
