Hi guys, I'm here to warn you guys about 5dimes n vietbet sportsbook. I included both because they are the same sportsbook. I've been with them for the past 5 years and I had no problem until last week. Long story short, I was trying to make a deposite just like any other time through money gram. But this time the receiver's name they gave me was on the black list and my deposite didn't go through. Money gram was trying to give me a hard time about asking the receiver to contact them so they could refund my money back, unfortunately vietbet don't have an actual receiver so money gram wouldn't refund me my money even though I have my ID and receipt. I told vietbet what happened and their rep. Confirmed my story was true. Then their manager called me and told me there is nothing that they could do for me. They don't even bother to try to solve the problem with me. They just told me take it as a lost, wtf lol. Not even try to credit the $150 into my account. I'm not gonna mention the number but I've lost a lot of money to them for he past few years and for just this little incident they wouldn't even give me any customer satisfaction. So be very careful and do business with them at your own risk guys!

The problem appears to be with Money Gram (whatever this is). Why would VietBet credit you money for money they haven't received???
Because the receiver name they gave me was on money gram fraud black list. So money gram wouldn't release the transaction unless the receiver verify detail information with them which they don't have the real receiver. And I wasn't able to get my money back from money gram either. Anyways, I'm just warning u guys, I'm not here to whine about my $150 lost!

Above post is fact, if the receiver doesn't pick it up for whatever reason you get your money back as the sender, you could even cancel the transaction at any time even before the receiver picks it up and get refunded, you still pay the fee they charge but it's your money

What are you talking about man? If you sent money via moneygram under your own name, and the name 5dikes submitted to you was blacklisted, you CAN get refunded your own money. 5dimes has given me over 12 blacklisted names and everytime I got my money refunded. If moneygram doesn't get contacted by the receiver, they won't release the funds and have no choice to reimburse you your money. They don't keep YOUR money because "the receiver didn't confirm the transaction".
There's more to this story, I'm sure.
Yes they supposed to refund you your money back.but this time they won't and this is not the first time I got the blacklist name. And i was able to get my money back last time too. But they wouldn't refund my money back this time. There's no other story behind this and until it happen to you then you know what I mean.
