Whats wrong with Heritage ????

the site is down, and when I call in, they say that my account number is wrong...they didnt get shut down did they ?

they aren't going anywhere...if you call them they will tell you they had a problem with site you can still get though by phone

I'm still having issues today.  Site timing out and kicking me out.  Anyone else?  They usually take care of clients with a free play when this stuff goes on.  Apparently they aren't doing that anymore.

Nope they aren't doing anything but making up excuses!  They have been having issues for several days and all they can do is make up excuses!  Absolutely pathetic!  They use to do lots of things when they screwed up like freeplays etc.   They use to get your money to you alot faster too but now it takes 9 days!  It took me over 3 hours to get my money credited yesterday to my account when their junk website was working!  The few hours it worked yesterday!   They use to be great,  now they are pitiful!

I'm with you man.  Their service has always been top notch to me up until the last several days.  It's quite odd.   My last payout was also delayed.  I tried multiple times to deposit yesterday and kept getting kicked off the site and couldn't even access it.  As a result I had to play at my secondary which I didn't want to.  I called and spoke to a so called manager today who said they weren't crediting free plays because it was an issue caused by "hackers".  That is irrelevant to me their problem with their site caused major problems for their customers.  I feel like we should be taken care of.  I guess they are not living up to integrity and tradition lately.  Too bad too because I really enjoyed the book in the past.

I totally agree with Deezy,   I told them all the same stuff!  I"m fed up with their excuses and issues!   We, the paying customers,  with the emphasis on paying(because we have to overpay on everything) deserve better and i will not accept any less!  Hackers have nothing to do with 3 hour delays on processing western union deposit money in minutes!  That was when their piece of garbage website was working yesterday morning!   The only time it worked yesterday!

I've always been happy with them until recently,   i've always stood up for them!  They need to go back to the basics and back to their foundation:   Honesty and Integrity!  Those are ways of business, not a cheap T-shirt!

I agree with you completely.  Kind of frustrating because Heritage has always been my number #1.  I may be using my secondary more often.  My last payout from my secondary took under a week to receive via check fed ex which is must faster than Heritage has been lately.   This past weeks screw ups with Heritage site is the 2nd time in the past few months I have encountered major problems with accessing the site.  At least last time around March Madness they credited free plays to make up for it.  Heritage may be losing a majority of my business soon.  Mac I'll send you a friend request.  If you are interested in picking up a secondary let me know.  I have a good secondary I've been using which many others have recommended on here too.  I will shoot you a PM if you want to get set up over there.  Let me know.  Good luck with you future business with Heritage.  I'm going to only deposit small amounts with them for a little while longer to see if they clean their act up.

if you stick with heritage you are asking for trouble. i showed displeasure with them and they closed my account without warning. they are a bunch of pricks working for that company. they said they are allowed to close anyones account at anytime without warning. all i did was show displeasure that i was not able to place any bets on sunday because the site was down all day. be warned. this company does not value its customers despite what they might say to you. anyway a real sportsbook is available 24 hours a day to answer any questions i am glad they closed my account. i was about to leave their sorry ass for good even if they kept my account open. be warned. heritage is a shady company that is full of lies and they dont know much about customer service. get out before its too late

I must say balz,  i thought you were exaggerating about heritage closing your account, but now i know it to be true!  I was trying to help them and stand up for us at the same time and voiced my dishpleasure with the way things have gotten recently and how nice it use to be!  Trying to get them to take care of their customers rightfully and save their business because i have been with heritage for a long, long time!  Things have really changed over there and not for the better!  If they will do this to someone that has given them as much business as i have and been as loyal to them as i have then they would do it to anyone!   They have lost all my respect, loyalty, and gratitude!  I'm so pissed right now it isn't even funny!   It is them and all their problems and ineptness and they have the audacity to close my account!  Screw them!

Heritage looking like they will be losing lots of customers.  That's a bad look for them.  Not taking care of their clients and just closing long time customers accounts when they voice their opinion.  That is not what "integrity and tradition" are all about!  Good thing I have my secondary that has been treating me well over at Gtbets.  Heritage will be losing my business for the forseeable future.  You fellas with closed accounts should join me over at Gtbets.eu.
Good luck closing out with Heritage and getting those funds owed to you.  Hope you get paid!

is this GTBets any good? I see that they are a new company, just having opened in 2011. i guess that is why OSGA does not really have a review on them yet. I see that they are out of Curacao.

Do they pay quick and are they reasonable on payout fees like wu and mg and are open 24/7 for any help needed?

fyi. I contacted Gtbets and they have several states in usa where they wont accept customers. look at this:

The Company does not accept wagers from players residing Israel, The Netherlands, The Netherlands Antilles, Peoples Republic of China, North Korea, Myanmar, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Syria, Sudan, Libya, and the following U.S. States: Louisiana, Maryland, New York, Kentucky and Washington. The Company reserves the right to block Players from any jurisdiction.
