I know, it's up to them to fucking keep track of my account, I don't know how much I have in, what pending wagers left, etc to do a wager "by hand" even if I wanted to.

If you call them now they can at least tell you your account info over the phone. Sounds like none of the wagers that were placed around the time their systems went out, I believe around 3 pm PT, are graded yet. They are saying they are going to do something to reimburse customers but who knows. This really ended up screwing me over. I had a bunch of other plays to make that were winners, but I wasn't able to do it because everything basically got put on hold once their shit went down. I'm still really pissed off.
