So I make a small deposit today.. enter the control #.. The deposit doesn't go through. So I try to live chat them and of course nobody picks up,so I decide to call them and they give me this story about how they have to wait 40 minutes to pick it up because W/U hasn't authorized this.. Which is BS because I had already spoke to W/U and they told me the funds were ready for pickup. So I just say fine re process it in 40 minutes if that's the issue(knowing they are lying). An Hour later I check my account knowing the funds aren't going to be there.. SO I call again.. This guy Joe picks up and has this horrendous attitude. Telling me its not there fault ,w/u isn't releasing the funds... Which is crap.. W/u said the receiver could pick up no problem.. Anyways he verifies, all the info and submits it again.. Of course it doesn't work.. I call a 3rd time because it still hasn't gone in. Now I am livid from getting the running around..I speak to a manager with p I ss poor attitude( Karen). she tells me they have submitted it 3 times and came back rejected.. Its absolute BS.. Western union told me they could pick up the funds.. So obviously they either gave me a wrong name or had some processor issue.. What gets me is they knew full well the first time that it was going to be an issue but decide to treat me like an A hole for 2 hrs.. I would have been happy just hearing them say we screwed up this is what you have to do.. So I closed my account and cancelled my deposit.. just had to vent sometimes these books just s hit on us and treat us like s hit | |
