No, the government created the problem and the girls have simply learned to play the system that was created.
Just as military enrollment is at a high, during tough economic times, individuals look to find some security. It is too bad that it comes at the cost of the taxpayer.
I would love to hear the liberals explain how this is good for the country. If it isn't good, please at least admit that the public assistance program is broken.
