Any concern that I had about 12/21, no matter how small, was quickly erased after I watched a documentary on the demise of the Mayans.

They were being wiped out by a monumental drought so they decided to sacrifice hundreds of their own children in hopes of satisfying Chac the Mayan God of rain. When that wasn't working they decided to scalp their children first before pushing them into a 125 foot deep quarry while they were bound at the wrist.

So not only were the Mayans trying to survive a terrible drought' but they were also killing off their entire younger generation leaving no one to carry on the Mayan heritage.

So after seeing that I lost any and all respect for their culture and anything that they might have believed in.

Yeah, i knew the world would not end this past Friday. It was humans making predictions. ONLY GOD knows and is the only one in control period. the Mayans have been dead for thousand years, only human... God is eternal
