5 reasons the Broncos should sign Aaron Hernandez

1) The case is circumstantial so with his money he could get off

2) Even if he was involved the evidence indicates to me that he was the driver, not the shooter so an accomplice to murder charge might get him 4 to 6, out in 3 with good behavior..He'll be in his prime upon release

3) The Broncos don't have a decent Tight End

4) He can be signed for the league minimum with provisions that he won't get anything if he can't show up- We have nothing to lose

5) Despite these charges Hernandez is still wildly popular amongst the large Hispanic fan base in Denver.

This is a win win for us

Actually, circumstantial evidence is better. You have to pile up a TON of evidence (circumstances) to get a guilty verdict, rather than one person claiming "I saw him do it"

C'mon...Its not tiddlywinks, it's the NFL- Someone is arrested everyday in the NFL. The man still has 3 million dollars in the bank so hes not going to be convicted of anything accept obstruction of justice, or accomplice to murder.. Thats it

Listen...Aaron didn't do the shooting- Once thats established the DA will start dealing- Obstruction of Justice, 1 year probation and a $250,000 fine.

And a smart person, you're not! You see, F. Lee Bailey, was a defense attorney, numn*ts.

I was quoting Vincent Bugliosi from his OJ Simpson book titled "Outrage". Bugliosi was the Prosecuting Attorney (there's a difference!) that put Charles Manson behind bars. How did he do that, with Charlie not at any of the crime scenes, especially the Tate-LaBianca murders? Simple. Circumstantial evidence. You connect the dots. You connect Squeeky Fromme, Susan Atkins, Tex Watson, etc., to Charlie, and there you go.

Ask 100 "prosecuting attorneys" if they'd rather have direct evidence (a video of the guy killing) or circumstantial evidence (a video of a the guy near the scene of the crime) and all 100 wll take the direct evidence...

I'm not defending the guy or being overly empathatic here but it looks like he killed two gangsters in 2012, and although they are real people he killed then it does lessen the crime, just like in a crime of passion. Its just a gang thing. Then he felt he had to kill this witness (hopefully the only witness) to that crime because he was running his mouth, which also lessens that crime because just about anybody would kill to save their own life, and it looks like thats all he was doing there...Hopefully for him he had his friends do the actual shooting this time because this guy can really catch and run with the ball. If I were him i'd be working on my blocking technique in the 3 to 5 years he's probably going to get for this because a lot of guys were able to get by him to get to Tom Brady last year...

If I were him i'd be working on my blocking technique in the 3 to 5 years he's probably going to get for all of this because a lot of average and below average DE's were able to get by him to bother Tom Brady last year...If I were him I'd do 10,000 push ups a day, 5000 squats, and work on my side to side footwork in the cell..Get in a low position and quickly slide from wall to wall in a very low athletic position (squared with back straight, knees bent) for at least a few hours everyday..Low man wins

He's 23. A player doesnt reach his prime until 26-  He can study the playbook and work out for the next 3 to 5 years and a little clean living is just what this guy needs-

Dude...Study the playbook?? Are you nuts??? NO ONE and I mean NO ONE would even consider signing him. He is an embarrassment to the league...His football days are over!! The only football he'll see is on a 13" black and white TV with a hanger for his antenna.
