People here in regards to Christianity attack the behaviour and actions of Christians, which is a totally separate argument / debate about Christianity being true. The OP is retaliating in regards to the bashing of Christianity rather than any supposed intellectual debate on the truth of Christianity.
If you are concerned about how people are split about their beliefs, then conjure up an intellectual debate and compare the evidences of both. But this isn't the issue of the OP. As I said, the issue is in regards to the anti Christian threads about the behaviour of people.
If you don't believe Islam to be true, then what is wrong in saying that? Is that really offensive? How is it any different from saying I don't believe Atheism to be true? This is completely different from threads saying "Crazy Christians" which is what the OP is addressing.

If someone said to me they don't believe in Christianity, I don't take that as an insult. I would then challenge them as to why they don't believe in Christianity, going through evidences etc etc.
