Just got a new phone. Went from 1998 to 2010 overnight. I now text, and have data on a smartphone. I used to only use my phone as a phone (what a caveman).
So I got this Droid phone with Android. It has a million apps.

The guy at Verizon had to show me Google Sky Map and he installed it...it's an app that shows the star constillations in the sky as you hold your phone up to the sky...I haven't used it, but he thought it was the coolest thing in the world.
Advanced Task Killer Free- Make sure you get this one, when you're not using your phone, it stops all the apps you have running so it saves your battery life.
SportsTap- is what I use for sports scores.
Dolphin Browser- is nice
Pandora- Good for music
Movies- Finds movie theatres near you and showtimes
I music- Sweet app that allows you download songs for free (I think it comes already downloaded)
Ebuddy- If you chat on facebook, yahoo, aim, or gmail and many others this is the all in one app for that.
Counter- Card counting app (Just something I found and tried)

He's like a little boy in a chat room talking to women three times his age, but telling them he's the same age as them. You know what I mean? Then all I hear is "dont hate, he is the most respected capper in here" or someone will stick up for him to try to kiss his ass like he's a god or something. He takes this fame and runs with it because it makes him feel good and accepted. Then all the other brainwashed posters that follow this guy pump up his ego. I would say at this point I am 50/50 at best.
I cant talk my wife in to it. And she is taking a hard stand on this one. She normally lets me do whatever I want - but she is putting her feet down on the danger there - and I got little kids and all - and I really cant make a logical argument against her.
I dont want to leave them for a month, so I might be sitting this one out - which pains me to say. We will see. I have been trying to convince them for 2 years but getting nowhere - in fact going backwards - SA is not a very safe place.
