 Been watching The Tourist on Netflix and the opening scene had Kim singing before the lead character gets in a massive car wreck, first time Ive heard the song in years.

How are you feeling about it? We have just about every streaming service and we barely take advantage.

 Its good so far, it seems to follow a few other similar series in the character and plot lines but not bad three episodes in. I have a high standard of what makes the mark though so I might be a bit difficult on how I rate a series.

I remember back in December 2021 I saw this promo trailer on the BBC where Jamie Dornan is in a car driving down the road singing along to Betty Davis eyes playing on the radio and all of a sudden a big Kenworth truck  starts honking it's horn and chasing him trying to run him off the road and shows the crash briefly -The Tourist starts January 2022 

I said to myself fuck yeah I'm watching this I love a good truck chase    

Was going to recommend the show back then and good to see people are getting into now  really good casting in the show as well

Jamie was a real doozie bad guy in another series I watched so I still see that psycho killer when I watch this too. I think the reason why Netflix was promoting it and that I saw it is there is a second season in addition to this truck driver amnesia first one. Were there two seasons back when you watched in 2021?

 Nah it was just a 6 part mini series back then early 2022 but I see there's a season 2 trailer is on Youtube so I might get around to watching it 

another good mini series (although it's a few years old now) is The Bodyguard  well worth a watch

 Saw that one long ago, the lead actress is in a ton of Brit shows I have watched. I even sub to Britbox and have a queue of series I rotate. 24 hour police is like our Cops but more real and no cuss filter lol I like that one quite a bit. Line of Duty is a solid series similar to Bodyguard.

how did you guys feel about it after seeing the eclipse?

 She threw her children out of the moving car on the highway and sped off to her death. The 9yo got up and made off to the side away from oncoming traffic. But she couldn’t take the infant with her. The infant was struck by a car and died. That 9yo is going to live a fucked up life unless she has caring family. Wow
