It's probably best that we don't know the end to the saga of ProtoStar.... guy showed NO signs of turning things around, but I hope I'm wrong - maybe leaving covers was the first baby step.

he was self-aware and had compassion...some people need a little help...and it swings both ways...I hope he is doing well and comes back when he is ready...

At least you didn't bet EVERY bowl game under on Jan 1 and win only one on Wisconsin/TCU like another depressed guy I know. He USED to have a full head of hair, I think he pulled it out.

At least he won all of the sides except Tex Tech, which pushed since he got it at -7. Maybe he can afford a decent looking hat to cover his bald spots.

I bet the books took it in the shorts with most of the favs and overs.

They are the ones who needed to shoot the dirt that day!!!

I am on Page 11 right now.....

But one thing strikes me - I read a lot - and you are an excellent writer.  My strong suspicion is that you know this and this was all an excercise in mental masturbation for you, but if not - and if you are who you say you are - you really should sit down and write a book.

I recognize excellence in your writing, and think you have potential.

Been here for almost 4 years and I agree on his capabilities...to which why this thread is still going even though he has to temporarily ceased posting...

this is a recommendation from one of the best fiction writers i have seen on covers. you should go with his advice. ( dont show jpg's though, he really blew it with his jack nicholson pictures ).
