Anyone catch our Attorney General talking about how we need to make "a few changes" to existing guns laws. He wants to bring back the Clinton ban and go even futher. Obama is a complete fraud. He said he respected gun rights. I can't believe the nation was fooled into electing this guy. Markets crashing no jobs whats he want. Tax and spend while graping guns along the way. I think Alex Jones is right and some scary things are about to happen in this country.

If you think its a "good thing" to ban semi-automatic weapons aka(assault weapons) then i assume your apposed to semi-auto handguns as well.

they are not talking about banning fully automatic machine guns here,
 
they are talking about magazines (thats where the bullets go) that hold more than 10 rounds will be outlawed
 
it is dumb, and people will not stand for it.

I understand why mikael does not see a need for it ,  but people in America should be very outraged. 
 
If you even care about the constitution (which many dont) you would be extreemly upset over this. 
 
funny how my civil liberties arent jeopardized in a palpable tangible way until a democrat gets into office.  Its ok though they are going to give those spare civil liberties hanging around to the insurgents and enemy combatants that we will set free from gitmo .

slam man ,  I never agreed with alex jones, i always thought he was a bit of a paranoid blowhard, but I think if our leadership continues to distance themselves from the religious, the rich,  the republicans, the gun owners and then tries radical socialization of private entitys it could get very ugly   
 
and I know there is a lot of doomsday theories going around and many people may be over reacting, and I dont necisarilly think that a civil war is comming ,   I just dont see anything good on the horizon.

 People need to educate themselves on this issue Rick.   Its sad for someone to say yeah BAN IT.... without even understanding what their giving up.

Its funny how words alone can effect people opinions.
 
You say ASSAULT WEAPON, people go ape shit.
You say Semi-auto rifle, people dont even blink.
 
You get rid of "assault weapons" your giving the go ahead on all semi-autos.   All high capacity clips.....rounds even.   Total bullshit!   This is a direct assault on Americans inherent rights and I for one will never stand for it.

First of all a semi-automatic can be a hand gun as well as a long gun. It doesn't make much sense to ban a semi-auto long gun or assault weapon and not ban a semi-auto handgun. It is plain stupid.

Second, this argument has nothing to do with guns, at least it shouldn't. It has to do with a person's right as guaranteed by the constitution.

They will start out with the 2nd amendment. Who knows what they will take away next.

Even if you don't want or feel you need a gun, you should support you rights - one of which is the right to bear arms.
