Certifiably without a doubt eat two bananas before you go to sleep....the bananas have trytophan in them and that helps replace the serotonin in your body which will alleviate your symptoms....
And drink at least 16oz of water before hittin the hay
This man has it nailed

Some wise ass is gonna say don't drink. Beat you to it funny guy. Heading out to the lake for a few days, lots of drinking all day long. So what kinds of vitiams or what do I need to take to take some of the hurt away the next day? As Hank William Jr. said the hangovers hurt more than they used to.
have gatorade to drink before and at the tableside that you can drink if you happen to wake up during the night, it will replenish your electrolytes, and have some aspirin for the headache beforehand and after two..

wine gives the worst hangover imo. IV's work great. Coming back from Mardi Gras I had to get an IV in ohare airport before my connector flight. I was booting the whole previous flight into barf bags and terribly dehydrated. That IV cleared me right up. The doctor missed my vein 3 times in a row though so that was a bitch
