In an article I read the cops warned the restaurant and told them to not hold a bike meet there.  Management refused to listen.

Did you know that Twin Peaks manager could have stopped bike event  or could have asked the bikers not to wear their  insignia, or "patches", worn by motorcycle club members on cut-offs to identify membership of their club and territorial location

Cops have no right to do.

There a was a police presence in the restaurant parking lot
The bikers did not care and they shot at the police officers

another problem is the conceal & carry law in Texas

If a biker does not have a criminal record he/she can get a conceal & carry permit  even though he/she is a member of a biker gang

I googled those four words and it popped right up.  Not sure why you are having a problem.  Turn your computer to the right, maybe that will help.

How did Johnny Snyder not get arrested when it seems like everyone else did.  Especially when this is one of those situations of arrest first and ask questions later.
