Bookie didn't pay

Just looking for some advice from some of the vets here. To make a shot story shorter, Last week I won, Called the guy to arrange to meet up, Said he'd get back to me the following day, Never contacted the guy left it alone. So the next week I played and actually was down a little, nothing much. But now the guy is blowing me up wanting ME to pay. Thinking just tell him keep what he owed me and call it good and I'll move on to another book in the future. Doesn't sound like somebody I want to deal with. What do you guys suggest?

I went up, and continued to play when o was up. And I went down more than he owed. So now I technically owe him but he didn't pay me to begin with...

On top of that, I forgot to mention. I told him just to add it to my account so that I could attempt to at least break even and he didn't do it. The guy that normally collects from me said the book didn't respond. So my guess is that he didn't want to credit my account so that I'd still be down and would then have to pay when it came time. Just seems shady on his end. I payed up 2 weeks ago when I was down. On time. 

He's still a bum for that, Lol. He should have just paid. Wouldn't have made a difference in the end because I'd still be down. If he doesn't wanna pay, I can always find a new book. 

What do you suggest i do? Just cut him off and move on as I planned?

I guess I'm the only one that's supposed to pay out. He doesn't day me when I'm up. 

Thanks Mess, Trust me, I'm not gonna pay. I already told him I'm not. If he wants the little money i owe he's gonna have to come get it. Good luck with that. In the Month and a half that I have wagered with him I always paid when I was down. Now when it's time for me to get paid he doesn't pay. I told him I was done and he knows why. Gonna post up and use offshore books now I guess. 

Even if he does, It's not line I won't know who did it. So would you guys recommend offshore books over local books
