To expand on this topic a but further , it's not just CA, but the other big Coastal Cities in the Northeast are awful politically, too, (NY, NJ, Vermont (go home Bernie), Boston, etc.)

This is really a bifurcated country ; unfortunately those that are doing better than average (i.e. living in the Coastal Cities) have  a leftist  agenda that is damaging to the overall good of the country.   Thank goodness for our folks in the interior of the Country that pull us back to the mean.  A special thanks especially  to folks living in WI, MI, PA, NC.  Trump won because of their efforts, and pushed-back on the liberal agenda.

The best thing to come out of these 4 years for Trump just may be his 2-3 Supreme Court Nominees !!
