Also, don't get me wrong...I personally believe she's guilty.  But, I know in a circumstantial evidence case...anything can happen....and thus far the prosecution has done nothing to prove the opinion to be fact.

The chick is truly guilty, I guess duct tape found at your home must be the fault of others, or hell google searches are your mother's fault. Maybe buying liquor using fraudelent checks or joining Hot Bod contests is the norm for someone missing their 2 yr old child

If she isn't able to be proven guilty of the ORIGINAL MURDER, then the chick should get 15 yr's for the NEGLECT

This shit seems like the OJ trial just 15 yr's later, but at least the child was her responsibility and the tapes prove her unwillingness to help find her lil girl

If nothing else Casey was dumber than Van Der Sloot and many Mexican cartels by not just dumping the body in the ocean in small pieces

I guess in the long-shot mindset it could've been an accident, tho I highly doubt it, but the fact that she spent a month before informing any1 is enough reason to put her behind bars for a solid 20 yr's....Any1 who has a child, niece, nephew understands that you wouldn't just sit around for a month playing games before you let your family know she wasn't around anymore. Chick is/was hiding something and when a 2 yr old is involved that just doesn't pass any smell test, IMO....

My opinions exactly.  All the prosecution has done thus far is show Casey to be a horrible person and horrible mother.  They've proven neglect on many accounts, but not murder.  The OJ is a decent comparison, the difference being OJ had a ridiculously good defense team...this defense team is decent but they haven't had to do as much...because the prosecution has stepped on their own toes a few times.

31 days without reporting her missing?  This only proves she's a horrible person/mother doesn't prove she herself killed her child.

Based on your comments, do you think the jury will find her guilty? Not reporting her daughter missing for over 30 days is "VERY HUGE" in this case. How long would it take you to report your child missing????

But the defense has given no reasonable doubt what so ever. Their opening statements have almost not even been touched upon. They haven't proved sexual abuse, they haven't proved the kid drowned, they haven't proved the crime scene was staged. Casey needs to take the stand to tell her story which is going to be a total lie anyway. I hope she does because it's going to be some funny testimony.

It wouldn't take me 30days that's for damn sure.  But how does it PROVE anything?  It doesn't, it only proves she's a fucking horrible person like I've been stating.  Everything can be viewed as HUGE in a circumstantial case...but her guilt will be based off an opinion of the jurors...nothing concrete or fact.

Example...Chloroform search on the computer.  Mom claims she searched (Good for defense) Prosecution claims Casey did the search...the only FACT is her mom claiming the search (As she testified to it)...but the easy opinion is it was Casey. Right?

I totally agree with you 100%, it will come down to the jurors opinion without  any concrete evidence or fact. There have been numerous legit arguments both ways. However, IMO the jurors 1st have to question why it took the mother over 30 days to report her daughter missing. All the other shit we're hearing is secondary to that. "THE BOTTOM LINE IS, THAT BITCH IS GUILTY."

I know you think she is guilty, as do I...but the points you keep bringing up are circumstantial at best.  Any decent defense attorney can deploy reasonable doubt onto the hair sample argument...The 31 days is really the only legit argument...and the point that will weigh the most heavily on the minds of the jurors.

Agree 100%, I'm just giving you the point of view of someone just looking straight at the arguments both sides have made.  As it makes for a good conversation.

The jurors asking themselves why did it take 30-days can result in many different answers.  All it takes is a few saying to themselves..."I believe she's guilty, but the prosecution gave me no facts or credible evidence to prove it"  And there's your reasonable doubt.

I doubt many of us simple minded reasonable folk think she wasn't guilty

I mean common sense can only take you so far, hell I've covered up shit (even things that would/could send me to jail) but when confronted I admitted the shit, and no missing CHILD was involved

Maybe we have the advantage of watching the Bitch laugh off explanations in her jail-cell convo's, yeah she didn't drown, we got that rather you strangled her ..... But truly waiting til your mom called you out and buying liquor on fraudulent checks or joining hot bod contests explains MINDSET...The bitch didn't care, so y should I care if the Bitch lives or NOT??? Your ignorance/arrogance doesn't buy any favors w/ me, and actually just explains more y the box shouldn't see the light of day again

I'm totally against any religious bullshit, not to say I think Death should be final answer, but I have no problem w/ her dying since she will be in jail when she dies

The Defense has been absolutly putrid in this case. I wouldnt hire baez to handle a parking ticket. There have millions of cases with less circumstancial evidence then this where they were convicted of 1st Degree Murder.

PreMeditation Chloroform Searches and neck breaking.. proved to be done by Casey and not her mother.. Not reporting her daughter missing in a hmoicide for 31 days and partying within those 31 days.

The defnse failed this entire case by making so many claims about sex abuse and by saying the dad was involved and not substaniating ANY of it.

Bottom line. Either this bitch killed her kid herself or knows exactly what happened to her and didnt report it for 31 days, partied and then lied to the police on every possible level. That doesnt make her a BAD MOTHER it makes her a SICK MOTHERFUCKER! In which case i would have no problem convicting her of 1st Degree. FRY THAT BITCH

Shes guilty but will avoid the death penalty with a confession to what happened.  Her and her entire family are all pathological liars and sociopaths.  She may have "accidentally" killed her daughter but I am sure she was a horrible mother.  How can one not report their daughter missing for a month?  Actually Caseys mother MADE her call 911!!   Casey has done nothing but lie through this ordeal. Her parents are no prizes either.  The whole family is fucked up.  Casey said she was molested by her father and brother, and that Caylee may have even been caseys fathers daughter!!  They are all hiding some bad family secrets which probably involve abuse at all levels.  .Caylee maybe better off now then having to live in the nightmare that surrounded her. Hopefully the truth does come out and the guilty are punished.

Other than enjoying your rant...your 2nd point is completely off base.  Casey's mom admitted to performing chloroform searches...and that my friend is enough to create doubt.  Now, it doesn't take a smart person to know that Casey herself likely searched it as well...but she wont take the stand to let us know.  So it's all OPINION.
