Roaming Vadnais Heights. Word on the street is that they might have to destroy it, but all are hoping they can sedate and relocate it. Love big cats, but these things are unbelievably dangerous....they kill people. Lucky for me, I'm in a SW suburb.

We all know the Mn DNR will say its someone's lost pet or it was an ordinary house cat or the cop is editing the film or something ridiculous like that. Don't want to start a panic.
I have a Lynx that frequents my house and I'll say its a mighty fine looking animal.

Actually, quite the opposite. The first time they spotted it, they said they might have to do somthing about it....we will see. Never heard of a Lynx killing someone....can't say that say about a Mountain Lion. Would love to have one as a pet if they didn't want to eat you.

Wow! What a beautiful cat. I would stay in my house or car until the coast is clear. They don't hunt humans but if they mistake you for prey it's nighty night time.
That cat will never be seen again is my guess. Too elusive.

I figured you would chime in. I'm a huge cat lover.....would definitely have one if they weren't interested in having me for luch.
Love dogs as well, but our cats are terrific....meet us at the door when we get home and it's a major shitfest when we try to go to bed because they always are in the mix. And we can leave for a few days and they can take care of themselves. They also don't bark. Will for sure have a handful when we retire.

Some cats are evil...just like some dogs attack people. Some are also aloof, but I think it has a lot to do with the owner. We adopted the black one in my avatar and he was a shit for a year.....because he was abused and his previous owner broke his front leg. It took some time, but he is an unbelievable pet.

That's awesome hutch. Always had at least 2 cats myself and there's nothing like a kiddy. Their personalities are amazing. I raised all of mine from 6 weeks under foot so by the time they were older I had them trained to do things that were pretty incredible.
Sidenote the mountain lion or cougar is the most athletic of all the big cats in the world. They are able to leap 20-25 ft from a crouched posiition... among other things. To actually see one in the wild is borderline impossible because of their stealth and constant movement. Riding a bicycle through that neigborhood would not be advisable for those residents.... (you look like fleeing big game prey to them and he'll set up a lethal ambush).

Roaming Vadnais Heights. Word on the street is that she might be married, but all are hoping they can get a piece of it. Love big tits, but these things are unbelievably dangerous....they snuff out people. Lucky for me, I got a big nose.

This guy (link) writes about mountain lions in general, and an encounter in nature he had with one in his book "The Animal Dialogues". Very cool story and good general information on these elusive animals.
Considering the places in the metro where the habitat would support not only their food needs, but their lifestyle, I actually wouldn't be surprise if these are two different cats.

I've owned dogs and cats, but head shoulders my fav pet was my short-haired black cat. I respected that lil bastard, because if i taunted him or tried to agitate him, he was not shy about biting the shit out of me, ha. He would do some hiliarious stuff around the house also that cracked me up. He was so cool, all my guy friends started to get their own cats as well after playing w/ Mr. Kitty.

Here in Ontario we have alot more bears heading south due to the increase in bear population so these animals are moving in search of food. At a certain point humans have to respect having animals keep certain areas and stop building in these areas.

A couple of months ago, I hadn't seen Wrigley (he's our black cat) for a few hours. Looked everywhere. Then I started to check our dresser drawers.....sure enough he was hanging out in one of 'em. He jumped in there when my gal was getting dressed....she obviously couldn't make him out against one of her black sweaters. He also has fallen off the side of the bath tub into the shower and jumped into the dryer when I was doing laundry.
Rickey-
Not interested in meeting a mountain lion even though they look like you could keep them as a pet. What's weird is there has been an argument that there weren't any in MN....obviously, that's wrong. Hope he makes his way into the wilderness.
