Hey everyone,

 

We’re officially launching our new mobile product for the iPhone and Android (m.covers.com) and would love to get your feedback.

 

New features will include: 

 

·         Improved navigation

·         Scores & Matchups customized for your phone

·         Great editorial content at your fingertips

·         Easy to find Odds from Vegas and some of the most popular Offshore books.

·         In-depth Team and Sport pages

 

Please note that you will be directed to the standard version of Covers when accessing our Experts, Contests and Community sections.  Your feedback will be instrumental as work at expanding and improving the mobile experience for everyone.

I have used a mobile to access covers for a while and my only real complaint has been its hard to expand the screen large enough to hit the tiny scores and odds buttons, I use a verizon Droid and I know I am limited by it to some degree but when I expand the screen to the max and push directly on score button alot of the time  community lights up and once there you can not get back without loggin out and back in again. Looking forward to the mobile app. Will it load automatically?

Just noticed it last night on my droid phone, excellent as its very easy now to navigate to get scores instead of being lead to the internet page, which is huge on my phone and hard to navigate due to my large fingers

This puppy is very “choppy” when navigating through the various sections.  Is it still being fine tuned or is it NOT geared to work on BlackBerry products?  Please advise... 



From what I know is it was designed for the Android and iPhones.

Like what I see so far.  Maybe I didn't notice, but is there an auto update for the scores when you have a single game open?

no offense Rizz but IMHO the site is somewhat lacking unless it has moblie posting functionality....without that I feel like I am a peeping tom looking in to a world made up of a bunch of degenerates and I cant participate in the debate

I used the site on my I-touch and it went surprisingly fast.  It has a nice homepage to access different aspects of the site which goes VERY FAST, while giving you the option to head into the forums. The only complaint I had was I had trouble logging in while on the device. I don't know if that was my device or the site itself.

Great stuff guys; I was just thinking last night -- too bad I can't easily access my contests and experts from my iPhone. This is perfect!
