How long were you seeing her for? Was this a girlfriend or just a friend with benefits type thing? Did you just bang her once? How long have you known her?  Is there anything about her character that is shady?

firstly you violated that order. If you called from a blocked number they can find out what number called her, all they have to do is access phone records the phone company has it. If it can be traced back to you, your in trouble. Most states have a penalty for violation of order of protection. It is punishable with a 1 year jail term for violation of the order. Plus thanks to OJ Simpson, since there has been new stalker laws put in place some states if not all have a zero tolerance policy on it because they are liable once that order is in place and they fail to protect whom the order has been executed to protect.

1. Stop calling her. you might not see it now but its for the best

2. If you do jail time, what do you think she will be doing while your in there? answer:  getting her groove on with some other dude while your singing the blues.

3. She did you dirty, so what? You going to make her pay now? I mean what was your motive and your end game here? Move on shes a female. Most of them should be born with a xanex prescription cause they are crazy.

4. Find someone else who wont do you dirty.

5. Get a lawyer...your going to need one. He might not need much more than the 3500.00 retainer. With a good lawyer, you might be able to plead to aggravated harassment, or something. But if you dont get a lawyer your getting jail time for sure. With a lawyer most likely probation.

 

 

yea good luck on hiring a "public pretender" those guys are part of the system. In bed with the D.A and quite frankly are designed to asisst you in a plea deal. Never to get you off. Don't ever go to trial with one thats for sure.

Dude the judge is putting you away for 5-7 days. If you try and deny the woman's police report he'll go bigger. Get some help.

Hire a PI to investigate her.

Plead insanity

Tell the judge its not stalking.....its "Excessive Shadowing"

I have 34 years in law enforcement and have seen this several times. As a rule you will probably not go to jail but there is that slight possibility. A restraining order is more serious than it was years ago because of all the hipe over family violence. Some judges take it more serious than others. I would recommend an attorney. They are in a position to get this charge dismissed. You are not. If the victim really pushes it, you need someone to on your side. I assure you the court is not on your side. Pay the lawyer a little at a time. It will not go to court until the lawyer is paid. The more time goes by, the better off you are. It gives everyone a chance to cool off. And maybe the victim (witness) will go away. Good Luck.

Is this a felony?  If it is, then it is worth to get a lawyer who could get the charges dropped to a misdemeanor.  If it is already a misdemeanor, then $3500 is not worth it. 

I would get a lawyer.  You don't want your liberty based on how that judge is feeling that day.
