It was a staple for years but after finding out that If you purchase a bottle of cola with 44 grams of sugar, you divide 44 by 4.2 (which is what a gram of sugar equals) and it is equal to about 10 teaspoons of sugar that you are putting in your body. Number one rule is don't drink your calories and portion control. Orange Juice has alot of calories which many don't realize either.

I like both. Don't eat all the time but once in awhile is fine. People do more things in life that's worse for them than eating either.
And Chipotle. I doubt there calorie estimates are correct. Looks like you get almost double the calories for most what is posted.
