I just find it funny, i am not the champion of peoples rights that you are but i get your point.

Honestly, the avatar is overboard in term of taste and etiquette .

1.2 billion people in this world don't have access to a toilet because there isn't sufficient plumbing, sewage treatment, or water delivery systems in their native country. 

This appears to be an Indian father helping his son relieve himself out of a train car (one of the main forms of public transportation in India) or a bus window, out of care for his son and respect for his fellow passengers (and for sanitation concerns of course). 

It is no surprise that the train or bus probably didn't have a lavatory, or one that wasn't being used with a long line behind it, given how impoverished India is for the majority of its citizenry.

This is actually an act of concern by the father to save his son from the embarrassment of wetting himself in front of a crowded train (not to mention the smell that would follow him). 

The exploitation occurs when someone decided to memorialize a nude, urinating child with a photograph (most likely a tourist because those who lived their wouldn't find this that unusual) and post it on the web.

By choosing it as your avatar, your are furthering that exploitation and denigrating a state that billions of people currently have to live with.

I don't think you're a pedophile in any way, but the fact the child is nude is relevant, as is the fact he is urinating is relevant, as is the fact the father appears to be looking at his genitals which has all kinds of implications given the recent scandals in this country, when he is actually making sure he doesn't urinate on himself.

It is really in poor taste and you should consider changing it to something else. There are billions of other choices of avatars you could use.
