Dow futures plunged around 700 points when Trump was announced that he was going to be the president-elect only to see Green come Opening Bell Wednesday morning.  

It hasn't looked back since.  It was around 18,000 and change on Election Day. 

During these market correction days, Liberals are quick to say that the economy is failing because of him.  Neither party is fiscally responsible anymore, but I’m going to vote for him again and I think most other Independents will do the same considering the state of the economy.  

Sorry Gary, no market crash.  Just a correction so you can sleep at night unless you are starting to Short today.

If people are calling for or expecting a crash, it won’t happen. Particularly if the media is reporting on one brewing. Any intelligent investor knows they typically occur when nobody sees them coming. You can’t time a market sell-off, so don’t even attempt to.

Of course there is a risk in the stock market of a big downturn, particularly if China doesn't change its behavior in trading practices and stealing of intellectual property. 

I actually think the market is unprepared for a bad outcome, and China's new "supreme" leader may be more willing to flex his muscle , then change his behavior and cave-in to the U.S.

After all, Chinese President Xi JinPing doesn't have to answer to anybody now, having been anointed unlimited presidential terms, and his Communist Party taking a greater role in society.

The market has, on average, plummeted  30% once every 10 years..the last time was 2008,, so you could be correct ..it could crash in 2018....but calling the exact week is a bit of a task.

Yes, but probably not till late 2019 or early 2020.  At least thats what my wallstreet friends are telling me, and they've been wrong before.

It's the first week of Earnings season and the first quarter that companies will benefit from Trump Tax reform.

This guy didn't think this one through.  

Maybe next week.....Or the week after...Or the week after that

Crash? First off the S& P and Naz are the real indicatores. The Dow 30 is a joke. 
Define crash? 10% thats a correction which we are still in.
20% thats a bear market

Lol, but you’re already wrong. The crash you called for on April 9th didn’t happen. In fact, the DOW has hardly moved since then. But keep bumping thread and at some point over the next few years there will be a crash... and you can tell us all you called it
