It was PROVEN in a court of law that the hotel was negligent. Their employees did NOT provide protocol and assisted the perv. Hotel security is very important, if it were not you would have politicians and celebrities harassed and murdered all the time.

It is a shot across the bow to remind hotels this is serious business.
