Ok guys I got until sunday to play more games and after sunday the week is over and have to pay the bookie. I'm down $2k and now $3k after today's losses. I was so positive about the Brewers, Braves, and yankees while I only won the blue jays bet.
Need some advice on this loss of money. I'm going to have to pull out a loan also cause I was betting money I didn't have to pay the bookie. Should I keep chasing or just stop? I shoulve stopped a few days ago when I was only down $1k. I'm a beginner sportsbetter and beginners luck hit me last week and won about 1.5 but now i have to return all that and the $2k on top aswell.

You win, you will adopt a betting style that is suicide and will result in you eventually having to learn your lesson on a 5 figure level rather then a 4 figure one.
MLB is a long season and typically a grind where you bet a small portion if your bank roll on each game.
You should take a break till after all star break or beyond that if it takes longer to even up.

You lose it's double your losses.

Yeah, if you are going to take out a loan, might as well try to bet one more time, double or nothing really. Next time don't bet what you don't have. Lesson learned. GL!

Its the only option. You only gamble with money you can afford to lose. There is no exception. No justification playing with borrowed funds or next month's rent money.
We all go thru losing steaks.S.,h,.it, Im on one myself. Just completely stopped and although I'll monitor whats going on. I have decided to take a break until the World Cup or my usual big play if I see something that as a subjective expert, will make a play on. Other than that, I'm not seeing the ball really well right now and the only thing to do is to just take a break.
I recommend you do the same and figure out a way that if you really and seriously want to do this, you get yourself together with a solid money management program and develop strong discipline. Rule of thumb is you bet no more than 3% of your bank roll on a single outcome. I'm sure you can find hundreds of strategies that fit your needs. best of luck.

Stop. Best money management I've found is a strict % of your bankroll on any individual bet. Bet size is determined by the bankroll size-bottom line. It might be dull & unexciting-but you'll never wind up in dire straights.

Pay it and stop. If you REALLY want to give it a go, save your money and come up with a structured approach. If you find that you can't follow that, then give it up FOR GOOD before you lose that bankroll as well.
