more money  and no weekends beats working weekends for less money..
 
however, if you need the extra scratch , then work weekends to help get the business going .. do whatever it takes ..

Think of it this way...

Work weekends and make more money= more money in the bank

Work for less money and have weekends off = spending more money on the weekends.
