How often are you jaded?

I'll start by saying i go on covers everyday and have always enjoyed reading as well as offering my drunk and sober insights.  I'm as far from depressed ad you can be, I am blessed with a beautful wife, a comfortable living, a daughter who adores me, and no chemical or emotional dependancies.  So why have I had this jaded feeling building inside of me?  And how many of you feel the same way?.....I have a feeling more than will admit it

All of it has filled me to the brim and I'll sum up some of the worst ones, and then at the risk of sounding like I'm begging for posts on my thread, ask for your insights and added opinions.

its sound like you have a good thing going so you shouldn't feel jaded but try changing it up a little. go try or do something you wouldn't normally do. go to vegas

The people who

-start a thread with need help finding a reliable sports book

-are looking for a local

-are making up some sexual encounter that never happened

-make some inflammatory comment to encourage views

-worry about the IRS,FBI,USIGEA, or any othe govt or govt related dept,law,reg in there post

-start a new account to rip someone

-kiss ass for picks

-feel the need to play body/forumguard for a well respected poster/member who doesn't need to respond themselves cuz they know its uneccesary

-start an obvious thread thats been answered if they scroll down and read any of the next 20 rows

-didn't have time to post there 7-0 day until after they all won

-spell lose loose, won one or any other painfully obvious variation

-use no commas, paranthesis, periods, quotes or any other regular grammar in there 5 paragraph synopsis

-only post in gl or emoticons

-have an avatar of a seminude or naked woman (the more pornographic or raunchy the less you get in reality)  that'll prob be one I'm really hated for.

-say a well respected book is garbage because they dared to require the rollover, clearance time, limits or id requirements specified in the rules

-use the term lock, pod, poy

-ask what a term such as hedge, moose, juice, sharp mean when they could have googled it

-has any system that involves picking all underdogs, favorites, run lines, money lines, reverse runlines and has some conviluted math to justofy if you only hit a couple a day you'll be rich

-Pretend Soccer is important and they are an expert every four years.

-Say a very good player (Kobe,Manning,Brady,Jeter,Crosby,Lebron) suck

This is why I've felt numb and desensitized to something I always loved Covers..................what have I forgotten?

Man, all that stuff you posted I totally agree with.  People on here think they are important with their 10000+ posts, and you aren't respected if you are a new member beause you are the new guy?  We are all people, just becuase you have been posting on a website everyday for the past 4 years doesn't make you any better than anyone else on here.

I must say I am very happy and impressed with all the responses.  There are a lot of good insights and for the most part alot of genuine things to be said.  There are a few of your typical sexual inuendos(Iw1nbets) and petty put downs(crushalot22), wow spell check, there's a diff between spelling lose loose and actual typos because of the volume your typing, that really don't add anything but overall this is great.  As down as I felt yesterday, and for the record I neither won nor lost any bets last night,  I am very inspired today.
