Quitting cold turkey is the only way to do it IMO. Personally, I can't take a loss, so if I have a thousand in my account, and I lose 20 bucks, I'll try to win it back. Plus 20 bucks isn't even enough for me to even care about a game.
If I were to bet now, it would only be straights, and it would have to be a play strong enough to at least warrant betting $500.
Guada, you don't really want to quit yet, no matter what you say. It's kind of like when a smoker says "Yeah, I know, terrible habit. I need to stop one of these days."
Yeah, they know it's bad for them. But they really haven't taken any steps to stop. If you're really saying "okay last deposit" x5, you really do have issues.
Usually it's just the first week or two that's bad. Gives you the shakes a little bit. But once it starts getting warmer, there will be more stuff to do. You can put it behind you, but remember to stay strong when football starts.
