Hey, he only pointed a loaded gun at you, and I'm sure he was on his way to church when he did it, so, PLEASE, give this guy every break possible, maybe give him a couple of 20s to help him on his way to redemption........

Do this-----let him know the consequences that are LEGALLY in your state

Ask him----to write you a letter so that you can keep it



For you to drop Armed robbery without having him seriously think about it---which inevitably would happen in court----then it's possible he will just think he is some sort of "smooth criminal" that can't get caught.

How do you get on here claiming something this hardcore happened to you and not explain/give details/tell the story? I mean that kinda garbage doesn't happen everyday...that'd be like me winning the power ball, starting a thread that read "guess what" and when you opened the read it said "I won the power ball" and that was it. How stupid is this? BOL

Take it as a loss, you shouldnt be doing "buisness" with people that would rob you. Its your own fault for not knowing who you are doing this buisness with. You press charges, it might come back to haunt you, depending on how this person is. Would help if you gave more details on the story and how it unfolded.

I will go to court and end this thread here. I can not tell you more about the story since the case is spending and the suspect is living locally.
