It is a matter of inner city kids not being taught the difference between right and wrong, and a plethora of other things lacking within poor neighborhoods. 

In the video below you will see 2 idiots, one is black and the other white. 
Their actions have nothing to do with their skin color.

You think bad behavior is due to environment

I think people are usually in that environment because it was created by them and others in the first place who share the same genetic predisposition to low impulse control and an inability to delay gratification

Black culture all over the planet suffers from the same right and wrong issues

Does a shark eat other fish because it's in the sea, or is it in the sea eating fish because it's a f**king shark?

Cauc-Asians - Asians from the Caucasus mountains. A term that was started in the US to put together Europeans, North Africans, and Middle Eastern Asians.

Are you just picking and choosing countries? What's going on in Serbia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine, Malfova ... What are they?

Actually, I KNOW that bad behavior is more a result of ones environment than any other factor. I was not raised to believe this, but life experience has taught me this.

If you listened to the voices of the 2 knuckleheads in the video I posted, without looking at the picture, you would be quick to assume that they were both black. When in actuality, what they have in common is not skin color, but being raised in the same environment. 

I live in an affluent neighborhood. There are only a handful of black families here. Without exception, the few minorities who live in my town are well educated, well spoken, and well behaved. Their "blackness" has no bearing on the way they act.

I have made a living for over 30 years working in the poorest of neighborhoods that New York and Connecticut have to offer. Many of these neighborhoods are comprised of mostly blacks, but there are also white people, as well as hispanics there. Do you think that the white folk behave better than the blacks in these 'hoods'? With over 30 years of experience I can emphatically tell you that a persons skin color has absolutely nothing to do with behavior. Anyone born into that kind of environment has a great chance of carrying themselves in a manner that will offend those who are born into better situations. 
There are exceptions, but I am speaking of the majority.

The color of a persons skin has absolutely no bearing on their behavior. 
To think otherwise is beyond stupid.
This is not my opinion, this is fact.

I will add that I am not a 'white-apologist'.
I do not support the "black lives matter" movement.
I do not believe in affirmative action.
I do not believe that any amount of additional handouts (welfare) will help the issues.
I do not agree with those, such as scalabrine, who think that everything is the white mans fault.
Speaking of scalabrine and the ilk, it is my opinion that they do more harm than good with the manner they argue race issues. Inciting and insulting people who have a different opinion than yours does nothing but push that person further away from seeing what you want them to.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents, take it however you may

Yes and it boils down to education and role models.

As a child what are you exposed to who are your hero's and who taught you what.

The only reason blacks are universally a mess as you claim is because they do not have the same opportunities to learn from the right role models and educators.


So your only partially right because we are not sharks with small brains we are human beings with large brains and the capacity to learn and adapt.

I,m a poor kid from the hood but Im white and my role models where guys like Gordon Gekko or Warren Buffet now I have a very wonderful life because I learned and emulated successful businessmen. I could have ended up dead if I role modeled the drug dealers and pimps on my block.

Statements like this are so bereft of science it's comical.

I'm not saying I am laughing at you, you are entitled to your opinion.

Yet people constantly makes statements they know something, or that somehow by saying them it makes them true, while at most having biased "experiences" as evidence.

Notice I do not say any of my opinions are fact.  In science you can only disprove things anyway, not prove them.  These ideas that it's environment or lack of role models or a history of slavery keep getting disproved but people continue to cling to them.

Funny you mention that because my statements ARE based on clinical scientific evidence.

I apologize I do not have the actual studies handy right now but feel free to Google them.

There have been at least 100 clinical studies that have proven with a very large degree of accuracy that the children that go on in life to live the most financially successful lives are the children that can delay instant gratification for a larger reward if they exhibit self control.

They give the child two choices 1. You can have 1 piece of cake now OR if you wait (with an unspecified time) you can have the whole cake later. They then watch the child and without fail the child that eats the one piece of cake immediately has a 70% chance of either being broke most of his life or turning to crime.

It's a very well known and well documented scientific experiment.

So what my point.

My point is that you simply do not understand something and its your ignorance not ours that is blinding you.

How does this support your assertions? 

Those young children in the study haven't really had time to be influenced and taught by their environment to delay or not delay gratification.  It's GENETIC.  So they are in crap environments, because their parents are in crap environments, because none of them have the proper instincts and intelligence to control their impulses and...

not drop out of school because it's more fun, wear a condom, wait to deposit a check in full instead of going to a check cashing store, and on and on.

No doubt humans can rise above an unlucky set of circumstances, but my point is most of the time it isn't bad luck that put them where they are.

Well Im not a Liberal I am someone who through hard work and determination learned to change my behavior. I am a realist probably much more then you because I have seen mankind go from stone age to the electronic age and all on the ability to CHANGE behaviors. Your DNA argument / genetics is flawed. If you where correct we would still be in the caves.

Yeah you said you worked hard and were determined like 10 times now.  Guess what.  Lebron James worked hard and was determined.  You think if you repeated every practice shot and suicide sprint and dribble drill he did as he was growing up you would also be an NBA superstar?  NO.  I am not going to try and give you a biology lesson or teach you Genetics 101 but your ignorance and disregard for it all is frustrating.

As far as the stone age to the electronic age.  A few abnormally intelligent people came up with key invention after key invention.   None of them were from sub saharan Africa either.  They basically still are in the stone age over there.  It's called third world, and that's their natural habitat.  I'm not saying that is bad or good, I'm saying that's reality, and that's where they return when white people leave (Detroit, Atlanta, D.C.)

I look at primarily white impoverished, violent countries like Ukraine and Greece, and how they get a pass in your camp.  I sit and wonder with 73% of all flu strains since 2008 have had its origin traced back to Asian countries, how that goes unnoticed.  

Bad behavior and environment has NOTHING to do with race.  That's why when you visit Fayette County Pennsylvania (93% white- 2010 census), you will find them the LEADERS in Pennsylvania in unemployment at 7.6%, A WHOPPING 7.6% with  disturbing median income of $42,000 per household, with families at 25-44 earning just under $37,000.  Source: US Bureau at Labor Statistics.  You will find rape and robbery crimes above the national avg. of 100 at 122 and 136 respectively.  

So how does a place with 93% of the supreme white Caucasian race lead the keystone state in highest unemployment rate, lowest median earnings per household and high ranking crime rates in rape/robbery?  

Learned behavior, lack of development, and laziness.  

96% of McDowell County in West Virginia is white.  Avg. median household income is $10,174 ranking 28th on the list of poorest earning counties in America.  Avg. high school graduate in the town of over 22,000?  Less than 43%.  

You see, the world will become a better place only when people like you stop holding us back.  People cavalier enough to believe their own opinions and force them into fact.  People that have so much racial hatred in them that it frustrates the very being, surely causing rifts with everyday activities.  You don't have to change, nobody wants you too.  The world needs hate mongering, self-idolizing wayward racist radical citizens too.  Good luck in your one-man play titled, "f**ked in my own principles."

I get so sick and tired of having to go through posts like these previous two and disprove them point by point.  Such a waste of time and it will do no friggin good.  They are predictably full of name calling and vague emotional platitudes of why humans and what has created them over millions and millions of years can't have the laws of science applied to them.  Like liberal magic unicorns came down and created just us.

The comparison to dogs and cats and whatever member of the animal kingdom you choose IS relevant and accurate you nitwit.  Bringing up science is essential to wade through the emotional bs and feel good lies you and yours like to spew meanwhile avoiding the simple facts in front of you.  As much as you would like to believe and preach that everyone has equal potential, it's a damn lie.

Some apparent discrepancies from your "facts".  The town is actually under 22000.  The white population is under 90%, not 96%.  Those of mixed race were living at poverty or below at almost twice the percentage as whites or blacks, which points to a mudshark problem but that's another issue.

Would've worked a lot better if he had picked 2 or 3 majority black counties that exceeded the average white counties in income and graduatation rates and crime rates --- and used them as examples.  Or majority black countries.

This guy thinks, for whatever reason that I'm muslim and that I am liberal, and, of course that I refuse to use science and data, despite the fact that to corral my.....science and data to example several counties in PA/WV, I used....science and data. Fuckking idiot.
