Its kind of sad to see how some of you need others to form opinions about things.
Sort of like all the people that listen to that jerkoff howard stern who is laughing all the way to the bank getting fools to live and die by his words and bullshit

Joe Rogan is no expert, but gains a grip of a following because he comes across as a very intelligent human being through his speaking, his choice of words, and the swift nature of putting thoughts and sentences together without it sounding like a broken record.  Joe Rogan would probably be a great lawyer, if you want to call out his expertise like you just did, then state your counterclaims against some of his stances.  It's not like that would be hard to do since many of his topics are debatable/argueable.  On top of that he is known to smoke a lot of weed among other things and why would anyone really take everything he says 100% to the heart?  Believe whatever you want to believe, the rest shall be entertainment.  Thank you for mentioning howard stern in the same sentence also, one might argue that joe rogan got the idea of doing a podcast through howard stern's influence.  Although they might be at odds with each other in the present, it's no secret that he has been on the show many times in the past.  In fact when mma gets legalized in the state of new york, howard stern shall invite joe rogan onto his show and we can all ring the bell and say fight then.

You think johnnie cochran believed all the defendants that he represented in the court law?  And maybe you aren't a personal fan of rogan or stern, but it's not like they both weigh too heavily on your shoulders unless you don't believe in "The Devils Advocate" do you?

Cd329 - I listen to Joe because he talks about things I think about. Joe has even said himself that he never said he was a hundred percent sure he is right about anything but if you think about it, who really is? There are questions that have no answers and those answers are still trying to be pieced together everyday. What’s sad is that the people who think they know the answers or are searching for answers, have been and are listening to the wrong people, such as yourself.

Joe Rogan has comprehensive and authoritative knowledge on global studies. He has read the books of many scientists’, scholars’, physicists, and people with terminal degrees and has had people who study the same subjects, as guests on his show, who have well-rounded knowledge on science, physics, and global studies. Joe is a professional entertainer, who studies before he speaks and is a well-rounded educated guesser. Therefore, the man knows his shit.

First off i didnt say he was wrong or right on anything. All i said is what makes what he say the gospel?
Lets take the pot thing for example. Personally i really dont have a problem one way or the other with this topic.
But he says anybody that is against pot is an idiot and wrong?  What makes his opinion so right, that people dont agree with pot being legal are so wrong.
Both sides of this topic have facts on their respective sides.

Lastly just because somebody reads books of other opinions, that doesnt make you a smart person.

Its like the people who say there is no God or the people who say there is a God.
Sorry but neither side has no way to prove that their opinion is right. Its an impossible question for any human to answer, because no matter how smart a person might be, its still just their own opinion.

Point is i let real hard facts form my ideas and opinions, not waht paid entertainers say, which is just about anything as long as it gains followers and puts money in their pockets.

Far as rogan, i might take his thoughts more seriously if he wasnt an entertainer and trying to make a buck.  Everything people like him say and do, is just them trying to figure out a way to put the dead presidents in their pockets.

Being a smart person is a person who uses the mind creatively. Someone else’s opinions created everything we know and have learned; becoming smart is obtaining and absorbing knowledge based on other thoughts, ideas, and opinions.

You said you let real hard facts form your ideas and opinions and not what paid entertainers say. Just because Joe is paid for, his thoughts and opinions that doesn’t make his views skewed in any way. Everyone needs a way to make a living. Doctors, scientists, and physicists are paid and write books for money. Does that discredit anything they say because they are trying to make a living off their knowledge?

I believe everything Joe says comes from his heart. He truly believes what he says is right. I disagree with some of his beliefs but agree with most of them. I always take everything with a grain of salt no matter the person but like I posed earlier, even Joe doesn’t take himself seriously. I believe Joe is an unquestionably smart entertainer and he says things that I understand and relate to.

My God of course he wants people to believe that his words come from his heart. Do you think hes gonna come out and say everything he says his pure bullshit?  Of course not. So theres really no way to know if what he says comes from his heart or he is just saying things that will get him an audience and make him cashhhhhh.

You used the word opinion. Joe doesn’t base his argument for pro-marijuana off an opinion, he uses facts. Facts, that were attained by well-read people. Well-read knowledgeable people have proved everything said by the anti-pot people fallacious and driven by a devious surreptitious agenda. Joe Rogan and George Carlin are my favorite entertainers that actually try to educate as well as entertain. If you actually watched all of the videos I posted, you would know that Joe reads a ton. He bases his argument off others that have studied every aspect of a particular subject.

He reads books authored by well-read people and listens to well-read doctors, scientists, physicists, historians, global studies gurus, and then he bases his argument using that knowledge. The things I have seen Joe do, do not involve him making fun of people, as you claim. He believes the best way to change the world is by exposing truth, honesty, being genuine, and reaching the youth. Joe’s podcast is entertaining, inspirational, educational, and informal. Joe’s agenda is exposing the closest to the truth possible and exposing those who have a devious surreptitious agenda.

I’ve watched almost all of joe rogan’s stand up routines, tv interviews, and most of the podcast. Joe sometimes mentions, before he speaks about a particular subject, the source, person, book, or author of the information he uses to base his thoughts with.
