Can speak enough Spanish to get by in a Spanish speaking country, even though most of those countries also know English
Brings up a good point about the American education system as we are fairly pathetic with speaking other languages...
I had about 6 years of Spanish, 5 in High School, 1 in college

I work with Americans, even that my english is not perfect, I have to say that they always respect the effort I put trying to comunicate with them, since most of the guys I work with, doesn't know much spanish.

I kind of doubt it. I started out before there were any GUI's out there. You did everything yourself and looked at a blinking cursor on a screen.

And the coding is soooo sloppy now. There is so much storage and memory now they don't even try to be efficient. Let's see most programmers today program with just 4K of memory. 
That's why even with the speedster computers now, programs can be so slow. The software is just bloatware now. If they chopped the programming down about a third it would make all the difference in the world.
Oh well...........
