My dad's business? He hires mostly minorities. Why? They work their butts off! Many whites he has hired in the past complain about working nights, or weekends or generally don't work hard, thinking they are above it even if they have no college education.

So my advice would be to step it up a notch instead of whining about jobs being taken away, work harder and stop thinking you are too good to work weekends etc. Treats girls better and try harder.

I'm sorry you're living in the past where hollywood portrayed whites as alpha males and the chinese or indian guy a nerdy, physically weak male, or blacks as subservient and so on but it's the year 2016.
