Did you know that when you bet on a game it changes the outcome? This is how it works.... say you bet $50 on a game, the players on the court are influenced by your wager and actually play differently. Doesnt mean you will lose necessarily but it does CHANGE the outcome.
I have placed thousands of bets. Take the Super Bowl for example. The first play of the game was a safety (which happened a few yrs back in another super bowl). This is a direct result of nervousness and money wagered on the game and fans expectations for the broncos to win or score a lot of points without a lot of mistakes from manning. 43-8 seahawks? really?
So if you want to beat sports betting you have to understand how the outcomes are determined. This is also why the public usually loses on those smart money plays. It's NOT RIGGED.

I am convinced sometimes when I lay a bet on a team I single handedly held that team to their lowest scoring output or percentage in the team's history. It's very uncanny. Also for fantasy football if I draft you look out, your season will very likely be over due to any injury. I have that much power.

Players allowed the safety cause they were nervous of bettors losing/winning. No chance they were nervous playing the biggest game of their lives with a billion people watching?? LOL

This should get good.

The game is rigged if gamblers actually influence players . More probable for gamblers to be irrelevant to future outcomes. Delusion of magic power?

Call me weird, but I blamed the safety on crowd noise and a communication break down. Didn't realize it was because someone placed a bet on Denver.

Sometimes it's not about the amount being wagered. I get just as excited betting 1-2k a game as I do when I side bet 5 bucks at the bar with a buddy. Perhaps your perception of the game changes when you have something on the line.

O.P. may mean well or may be leveling us all, doesn't matter. What does matter is YOUR logic handicapping a game and THE TEAM'S logic when thinking "we got this" and then they get buried or fail to cover an easy line.
Vegas knows which side players will logically gravitate to before anything is ever posted. Vegas will also "steer" the wagering to maximize their profit with the above conclusion. The bettor will often fall victim to teams looking past the present opponent, revenge factors, multiple games in a row, coaches tendencies, referee tendencies and a million other variables.
The trick to successful wagering is to look critically at the chalk and ask yourself "how will they perform in this spot?" How many times after a game is over do you say to yourself, "that outcome was rigged?" I'd venture to say your conclusion 90% of the time you lose is "well, I don't like it, but that makes sense." Especially when your chalk fails to cover by a point or two, they sit on the ball the last 25 seconds of the game or play ole" defense.
