Man who fathered 30 kids says he needs a break on child support

"most all of his "babys mamas" are under the age of 18.
thats what he likes. little girls that are impressed with his gangsta image.
and the cops are shackled because you can;t get none of the girls or their parent(s) to assist with prosecution.
they are afraid of him.
i don't know why. he's always been a punk.
and i can say that because i've known him for years. when he was a little punk coward runnin from the cops in the projects."

This guy's a menace to his community and should be forced to pay support...and if he can't, then put him in a jail.

Red Sox pitcher Vicente Padilla has at least 13 kids himself and made more than 50 million in his career and still has a hard time paying child support. 

Padilla has 10 kids (check out soxanddawgs), they revoked his passport last Feb for not coming through with $540 for #10.
