In related news PETA is asking that all flights be grounded until  measures are put into place to ensure the safety of every last goose.

A PETA spokesman says" PETA believes not one flight should be able to take off until the every last bird is protected"

these nutcases are the reasons why we have organizations like peta.  There is no reason to go out and just kill all thosee rabbits just for the hell of it.  If your killing these rabbits to eat, thats one thing but to do it for entertainment, they are no better then michael vick.

guess what? he lost his pension along with every other employee when that crook Steven Wolf took US Airways into bankruptcy. we all got screwed while Wolf, his pet Indian Rakish Gangwahl and the rest of the bosses walked off with millions.
 
btw, now that the crew has been debreifed by the NTSB, supposedly Captin Sullenberger is going to be on the Today show monday. hopefully 1st Officer Jeff Skiles will also be with him. he also, allong with the cabin crew, deserves a lot of credit for the outcome of this accident.
 
didn't hear if Captain Kangaroo will appear. I think he was one of the original Peidmont pilots that retired right after the merger with US Air in 1987.
