How much money would it take for you to leave Covers?

    I kid, I kid.

I don't understand how if you're in a house, your noises can possibly affect him.  Help me understand, Raging.  It's not like you guys are in bunk beds.

There is clearly only one option for you rage and you must do what's right.Yes,I'm talking about driving up the price of your neighbor's offer. You need to hold TS support meetings on your deck EVERY weekend and the therapy sessions should be followed by a cookout and some relaxing entertainment in your backyard such as horse shoes, volleyball, and maybe you could even get one of those Karaoke machines.
You could start by inviting that buffalo ass on your route that has TS and her friend that squeals like a bird on crack. As word spreads you could develop quite a following and in no time you'll be looking at offers of 12 to 15K.

Forget the fact this guy is a jerk....there are jerks in everywhere.

Begin with the end in mind.....do you want to live here long term?

If maybe or NO, then get online and start looking for a new apartment.  Use the money for your lease or downpayment.  This is a great market to be looking for homes or apartments ... desperate people do dumb things.  You are in a good position.

I agree ... tell him that it is not enough money for you to leave.  He will up the cash.

$7,500 plus he pays for the move. That would be a good deal. Fuck living next to somebody that has a problem with you if they are willing to pay for you to leave. Maybe you can get 10k.

Why should he leave. He says he likes it there, it is a lakeview home and they had considered buying the house.

This must be a loud "youuuuu" noise to bother him...how often do you make it? I saw a tv show about tourettes and the guy who was on it made sort of a hiccuping sound.

I dont blame you for your thoughts. I say, up it to 10k..and move 2 houses down the street so you can still have your fun neighbors and still F the guy across the way!

The dude is lying. No way he is going to give you $7500 to move. If he isn't full of shit, just take his money and don't move. I'd love to see the lawsuit he files for that.

wait for the housing bubble to re-inflate,sell the house pocket the profit.   then go to his house and offer him 10,000 to go fuck himself

I believe the pertinent number here is $12,000.

Only $4500 more.       Just ask him for 12 grand and if he gives it to you , then move.

If he really wants you to move,  what's another $4500.

Of course this post is probably complete bullshit like 99% of Ragin's posts but just in case it isn't,    $12,000 is the number for this kind of situation.      Trust me ,  I'm an accountant, I know this stuff.

No way in hell i let that punk determine my where my residence is!    I mean who pulls that kinda shit....Who does he think is?   Does he think your a punk.......  F that!     Take that bastards money(CASH), dont sign anything.   Once you've got the money locked up, march over to his house and inform him that your not going anywhere.    That you love it there....In fact your never leaving.  When he starts running off at the mouth, tell him you recently came into some money and would be willing to offer him $500 to move away from you.   And if he does not except your offer, every time you see him outside your gonna comense to break your foot off in his ass!

Do we even believe these threads anymore?

Lets say we do. The I ask these questions :

Why do you feel the need to go around and tell everyone of your neighbors that you have tourrettes?

How loud could you possibly be that in your "place with a nice size yard" that this person hears you from his deck and that these noises would be so loud that he would offer you $ to move?

I am starting to disbelieve these monthly tales
